21 Day Gratitude Challenge


Your 21-Day Gratitude challenge includes:

  • Four 60-90 minute Gratitude Boot Camp web-based meetings led by Sarah. You can attend using video or call-in from your phone. Meetings will be Monday, April 10th, 17th, and 24th and a final “wrap up” meeting on Sunday, April 30th,
  • Daily Gratitude Challenges delivered directly to your email, and
  • Social media challenges to help you make gratitude part of your life!

Do as much, or as little, of the challenge as you want; it’s up to you to decide how much time you want to spend in gratitude each day though I suggest a total of 30 minutes every day. I’ll share tips, techniques, and ways to make your gratitude challenge part of your day!
